The Land of Temples

Siem Reap! Yes, I went to Siem Reap again. I've been there many times already, but I still haven't finished visiting all of the temples in Siem Reap yet. I probably could if I went with my friends. Well, things are different when you travel with elders. You'll have regular meals, napping time, discussing, analyzing, so on and so forth. I already can picture myself going there again at the end of this year. How great!
Here are the pics. Enjoy!

This Post Is Not Suitable for Teachers, Professors, Lecturers, Instructors, and the like.

No kidding! This post is seriously not suitable for teachers, professors, lecturers, instructors, or any person who has a job as one. Well, if you still insist on reading this post, I really can't guarantee your aftermath. Beware!

Students, you're on the right page and post. This is made just for you. I hope you'll enjoy it and good luck.

And here's another method:

I found these great tips while surfing the net yesterday and thought it would be a great help.
This guy's pretty smart and creative. He'd go through all these steps just to skip the cramming/reviewing/memorizing/or whatever it is. Would you do the same?

Hey, this is just for fun. I don't promise it will work. Who knows your teachers might have come across these tips, too. Therefore, study! Just in case you'll get caught, you know! Everything can happen. Please don't put your future on my post.

I think that's all for today. You should go back to your study, too. Don't obsess with this post, please. Good luck on your tests/finals/quizzes, guys!

p.s. Too bad, I'm not schooling now. Well, I do, but my tutor gives me only assignments.

Today -- 今天

今天我很高兴。为什么?因为我刚安装了谷歌拼音输入法。现在我正使用它。哈哈!我要掌握这门语言。以防万一你不明白我真棒汉语语法在这里,这是一个英文版本。

I'm very happy today. Why? Because I just installed Google Pinyin IME. I am using it right now. Haha! I am going to master this language. Just in case you can't understand my awesome Chinese grammar here, this is an English version. ^__^ (No headache so far right?) Hope so! Haha

I used online translator before because I didn't want to install it to my slow laptop. After awhile I've realized I really want to learn Chinese typing so I changed my mind. Well, it isn't that difficult compared to my mother tongue language. The only pain in the neck is the language itself. ^__^

加油!

A Letter to Dad

A father passing by his teenage daughter's bedroom was astonished to see the bed was nicely made and everything was neat and tidy. Then he saw an envelope propped up prominently on the centre of the pillow. It was addressed “Dad”.

With the worst premonition, he opened the envelope and read the letter with trembling hands.

Dear Dad,

It is with great regret and sorrow that I’m writing you, but I’m leaving home. I had to elope with my new boyfriend Sam because I wanted to avoid a scene with Mom and you.

I’ve been finding real passion with Sam and he is so nice to me. I know when you meet him you’ll like him too – even with all his piercing, tattoos, and motorcycle clothes.

But it’s not only the passion Dad, I’m pregnant and Sam said that he wants me to have the kid and that we can be very happy together. Even though Sam is much older than me (anyway, 42 isn’t so old these days is it?), and has no money, really these things shouldn’t stand in the way of our relationship, don’t you agree?

Sam has a great CD collection; he already owns a trailer in the woods and has a stack of firewood for the whole winter.

It’s true he has other girlfriends as well but I know he’ll be faithful to me in his own way. He wants to have many more children with me and that’s now one of my dreams too.

Sam taught me that marijuana doesn’t really hurt anyone and he’ll be growing it for us and we’ll trade it with our friends for all the cocaine and ecstasy we want. In the meantime, we’ll pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so Sam can get better; he sure deserves it!!

Don’t worry Dad, I’m 15 years old now and I know how to take care of myself. Someday I’m sure we’ll be back to visit so you can get to know your grandchildren.

Your loving daughter,

Rosie.

At the bottom of the page were the letters “PTO”.

Hands still trembling, her father turned the sheet, and read:

PS: Dad, none of the above is true. I’m over at the neighbour’s house. I just wanted to remind you that there are worse things in life than my report card that’s in my desk centre drawer.

Please sign it and call when it is safe for me to come home.

I love you!
